The city publishes permits in one weekly batch, on Tuesdays, covering permits issued through the previous Saturday, so "latest" is measured against the newest issue date we hold, not today. "Value" is the applicant's declared job valuation — a self-reported estimate, not an audited cost.

LADBS publishes permits in one batch a week. The latest landed Tuesday, October 20: 1,321 permits issued Oct 11–Oct 17, $86.5M in declared value. Below are the biggest of them, citywide. Every neighborhood page lists its own ZIP's new permits in full, and the weekly email carries that same list the morning the batch lands.
